The first prototypes of the vehicle were made in 1965, and serial production started in the years 1965-1976, ending with the production of about 570 units. The cheetah is powered by the MTU MB 838 Ca M500 engine with 830 HP. The vehicle is armed with two 35mm KDA Oerlikon compound anti-aircraft guns. The cheetah was created in response to the Bundeswehr's demand for a new self-propelled anti-aircraft system to be used by West German mechanized and armored units. In order to simplify the production process and to standardize the vehicle as much as possible, it was decided to mount the vehicle's weapon on the - slightly changed - chassis of the Leopard 1 tank. significantly broadens its scope of autonomy. In the case of Dutch army vehicles it is the Holland Signaal set. Due to its high combat value, the Cheetah was exported to several countries, including Brazil, Belgium, Chile and the Netherlands. From 1943 onwards, each infantry division had three full-time infantry regiments, in turn composed of three infantry battalions. In addition, the infantry regiment also included other units, for example: an anti-tank company, an artillery company or a staff company. In total, the US Army's infantry regiment numbered approximately 3,100 soldiers. It should also be remembered that the division also included a strong artillery component consisting of four artillery battalions - 3 light and 1 medium, most often armed with 105 and 155 mm howitzers. There was also, among others, an engineering battalion, a repair company, a reconnaissance unit and a Military Police platoon. In total, the US Infantry Division numbered approximately 14,200 people from 1943. It quite clearly dominated the artillery over the German division and had much better and - above all - fully motorized means of transport, which made it a highly mobile tactical formation. It also had much richer "individual" anti-tank weapons in the form of a large number of bazooka launchers, of which there were over 500 in the entire division. Greška u opisu? Prijavi problem

The prototype flight took place in 1952. Four years later, the machine entered the line with the Swedish Air Force and was withdrawn from it in 1978. In total, about 450 examples of this aircraft were built. The drive was provided by a single engine Svenska Flygmotor RM5A2 or RM6A turbojet . The aircraft reached the maximum speed of 0.9 Ma, and the maximum range was up to 1000 kilometers. The deck was armed with four 20mm Bofors (version A) or four 30mm ADEN cannons (version B). The Saab 32 Lansen was created as the successor to the Saab 18 bomber. The new machine was to be able to operate in all weather conditions, day and night, and to have the highest possible top speed. The Saab 32 Lansen has met these requirements. In the course of its production, three main development versions were created. The first is the A-32A, an assault version capable of attacking both land and surface targets. The second is the S-32C - a reconnaissance version that does not carry any weapons. Finally, the third version is the J-32B, which is the fighter version that was originally used as a night fighter. The only operator of the Saab 32 Lansen machines was the Swedish air force.
