Should you choose use the unit as an interface, you'll find that it comes with Cubase LE, a digital audio workstation which enables you to record, sequence, and edit music, be it audio or MIDI. In the analog realm, the ZEDi-10 is crafted with preamps modeled on the Allen & Heath GS2-R24. These channel strips aim to provide warmth, low noise, and a vast expanse of headroom. On-board EQs also come standard with the unit. Two channels feature a button that converts line-level signal into high-impedance jacks, meaning guitar players need not lug an extra DI box around should they wish to go direct into the board. Turning your attention back to the digital side of things, you'll notice that a USB switch controls the routing of your USB output, enabling you to select how you route and separate the incoming analog signals into your DAW. ZED-12FX MULTIPURPOSE MIXER WITH FX FOR LIVE SOUND AND RECORDING ZED-12FX is ideal for groups who need to travel light. Even with its small footprint, the 12FX squeezes in 4 auxiliary channels and swept semi-parametric EQ on top of the already impressive feature set including configurable USB audio in/out makes it easy to capture stereo recordings. 6 mono channels 16 internal time-delay effects Neutrik mic XLR Neutrik 1/4 inch jacks Channel insert Super wide gain ‘DuoPre’ mic line input 3 band EQ with MusiQ 4 auxes Illuminated mute Sound image pan Illuminated PFL & peak warning indicator ALPS 100mm faders 4 stereo channels with 2-band EQ and inputs for extra sources Stereo returns & playback All inputs with level control 12 bar meters Mono/stereo function on auxes 1&2 Monitor output section Alt stereo output source Configurable USB stereo audio in/out Cakewalk SONAR LE bundled with mixer Rack ears available USB audio flexibility Getting audio to and from a computer easily is now a common requirement for live sound and music production. The way this has been implemented on ZED is super-flexible and super-easy! No longer do you need to fiddle around the back of your PC to get to the soundcard inputs, only to find that the levels are all wrong and noisy. Just plug in a USB lead to your ZED, select the USB routing on the mixer and the device on your computer and that's it! CD quality audio to and from your PC or Mac. Switches and connection through jack socket terminals provide different send/return configurations:- Send options: 1) Main Mix Left + Right (Post-fade) 2) Main Mix Left + Right (Pre-Fade) 3) Auxes 1-2 4) Auxes 3-FX Return options: 1) To Stereo 3 channel MusiQ ZED-12FX features a responsive 3-band, swept mid frequency EQ design which utilises MusiQ – with optimised slope (or Q factor) for equalising individual instruments. DuoPre™ Based on the proven pre-amps from the hugely successful PA series, ZED-12FX has DuoPre pre-amps, which use a two stage design, with carefully controlled amounts of gain in each stage. When amplifying the signal from the XLR input, the gain range is huge - 69dB of range to be exact - and is very evenly distributed around the gain control, meaning better control of signal level. Most of the gain comes from the first stage, so unwanted noise is kept to a minimum. Line level signals are simply plugged into the second stage of the pre-amp by using the line input jack socket, which has the great advantage of less noise when using the line input and also matching to a higher input impedance. ZED-FX ZED-12FX has an essential selection of 16 time-delay effects, designed for small groups who don’t want to carry around an effects unit with their gear but who still want great quality FX at their gigs and on their recordings. Our DSP engineers worked hard, crafting and refining beautiful reverb algorithms to enhance every performance. These effects are available nowhere else at this price point – this quality and integration is only available from the ZED-FX. ZED effects are easily controlled using 3 buttons with 9 display LEDs. For example, the ideal delay time can be quickly tapped-in, or the perfect amount of reverb on the lead vocal can be dialled-in. There is one-stop navigation and editing – in fact, it’s just as easy as using effects pedals. To alter effects parameters, the TAP button is held down and the up/down buttons pressed to adjust the specific parameter for that effect, for example, the decay length on PLATE, or the depth on CHORUS. SONAR LE – Provided Free! We’ve included Cakewalk SONAR LE with ZED-12FX so you can immediately start to use it to create your own music – just add a PC and it couldn’t be easier to get going. You’ll be able to record from your ZED mixer, create tracks and arrange songs, then play back to ZED via the USB port. You can use SONAR LE and your ZED mixer together in many ways – e.g. straightforward recording of a stereo mix, recording tracks individually to build up a song, or using the USB port and software as an effects loop. Key Features Powered by SONAR 8.5 32 audio tracks 64 MIDI tracks 8 simultaneous inputs and outputs 24-bit/96kHz audio quality 24 simultaneous effects 8 simultaneous virtual instruments

Top Quality Audio I/O for Dante Networks Offering the same performance and hardware quality as Sonicview recording and live mixers, TASCAM SB-16D Dante-networked 16-in / 16-out stage box offers all the advantages of Dante networking, combined with seamless integration with Sonicview mixers. The stage boxes can be used as a floor stage box or rackmounted, and multiple stage boxes can be used simultaneously in a Dante network. Seamless Integration with Sonicview Mixers When a SB-16D stage box is connected to a Sonicview 16XP or 24XP mixer, microphone gain can be remotely controlled from the mixing console, and all SB-16D I/O comes up on the Sonicview VIEW touchscreens for hassle-free ease of use. In addition, the SB-16D is equipped with 8-in / 8-out GPIOs, which expand to 16-in / 16-out GPIOs when connected to a Sonicview mixer, facilitating parallel control. A Full Complement of I/O with the Features You Need Easily accommodate large ensembles and extensive installed Dante systems using the SB-16D’s 16 XLR mic/line inputs and 16 XLR line outputs. Need more I/O? Simply network multiple SB-16Ds. The mic/line inputs are extremely quiet, achieving a -128 dBu EIN with a +32 dBu maximum input level. Each input channel has +48V phantom power and an SIG OL LED for input-level monitoring. Each line output also is equipped with SIG OL LEDs. The SB-16D supports Dante Domain Manager in addition to AES67 and SMPTE 2110 interoperability. Two Dante ports equipped with etherCON-compatible Dante connectors enable redundant streams with robust connections. For additional system reliability, a DC power input is provided that supports a redundant power supply (not included). Class 1 HDIA Mic Preamps and 32-Bit ADCs for Best-in-Class Sound As in Sonicview mixers, each SB-16D microphone input feeds a TASCAM Class 1 HDIA (High Definition Instrumentation Architecture) preamp—the finest mic preamp TASCAM has ever made. Thanks to an instrumentation amplifier with extremely good noise characteristics in the first stage, Class 1 HDIA microphone preamps exhibit excellent EIN, signal-to-noise ratio, distortion ratio, and frequency response. The mic inputs can accept up to +32 dBu signals, providing plenty of headroom for sudden level increases. As with Sonicview mixers, the SB-16D uses 32-bit analog-to-digital converters and a 96 kHz sampling frequency. Repeated internal and external evaluations were conducted to fine-tune the SB-16D, ensuring best-in-class sound that will never disappoint. Flexible Positioning for Floor and Rack Applications Whether you want a networked floor box for stage use, or rackmounted inputs for recording and broadcast studios and commercial installs, the SB-16D provides the flexibility you need. It can be 3U rackmounted with the included brackets, which offer two angle options. Mount the jack panel on the front of the rack and take advantage of the SB-16D’s cable hole to conveniently and safely route connected cables in the back. Large rubber feet maintain stability, even with cables connected, when the SB-16D is used as a floor box. Multiple stage boxes can be stacked for ease of transportation and stability during installation. A handle makes the SB-16D easy to carry. TASCAM IO Control Remote Control App Whether your SB-16D is onstage, backstage, in a control room, or in an equipment closet, you're always in full control with the free TASCAM IO Control software for macOS, Windows, and iPadOS. Always set this control to the 12 o'clock position, but you can control the high frequency tone according to the speaker, the conditions of listening position and listener's taste. Clockwise rotation of the control increases level.7. FREQUENCY + MIDThis equalization has a "bell" response i.e. having reached maximum amplification or attenuation at the selected frequency, the amplitude response returns to zero either side of that frequency. The FREQ at which this occurs is variable between 250Hz. The GAIN is variable between ±15dB at the selected frequency with a fixed q of 1.5Q is a factor a bandwidth. 8. LOWControl the low frequency tone of each channel. Always set this control to the 12 o'clock position, but you can control the low frequency tone according to the speaker, the conditions of listening position and listener's taste. Clockwise rotation of the control increases the level.9.AUX1.2This is normally derived after the EQ section and channel fader (PRE-FADER, POSE-EQ), and is therefore unaffected by the fader position and routing status. This makes the send particularly suitable for foldback or monitor feeds, which need to be controlled separately from the main P.A. Mix. All pre-fade sends may be selected internally to be PRE-FADER, PRE-EQ.10. EFX1.2This is normally derived after the EQ and channel fader (POST FADER, POST EQ), and is therefore follow any changers in fader level. They are normally used to drive effects processing units which are fed back into the mixer and which must fade out with the input channel.11. PANThe pan control sends continuously variable amounts of the post fader signal to either the left or right and G1 or G2 main busses. Always set this control to the 12 o'clock position, but you can control the high frequency tone according to the speaker, the conditions of listening position and listener's taste. Clockwise rotation of the control increases level. 7. FREQUENCY + MID This equalization has a "bell" response i.e. having reached maximum amplification or attenuation at the selected frequency, the amplitude response returns to zero either side of that frequency. The FREQ at which this occurs is variable between 250Hz. The GAIN is variable between ±15dB at the selected frequency with a fixed q of 1.5Q is a factor a bandwidth. 8. LOW Control the low frequency tone of each channel. Always set this control to the 12 o'clock position, but you can control the low frequency tone according to the speaker, the conditions of listening position and listener's taste. Clockwise rotation of the control increases the level. 9.AUX1.2 This is normally derived after the EQ section and channel fader (PRE-FADER, POSE-EQ), and is therefore unaffected by the fader position and routing status. This makes the send particularly suitable for foldback or monitor feeds, which need to be controlled separately from the main P.A. Mix. All pre-fade sends may be selected internally to be PRE-FADER, PRE-EQ. 10. EFX1.2 This is normally derived after the EQ and channel fader (POST FADER, POST EQ), and is therefore follow any changers in fader level. They are normally used to drive effects processing units which are fed back into the mixer and which must fade out with the input channel. 11. PAN The pan control sends continuously variable amounts of the post fader signal to either the left or right and G1 or G2 main busses. In the center position equal amounts of signal are sent to the left and right or G1 & G2 busses. 12. STEREO (L-R) Push the switch, can use ST L-R fader. During the stereo L-R switch pushed, you can't use ST L-R fader. 13. GRPS 1-2 Push the switch, can use GROUP 1-2 fader. During the G1-2 switch pushed, you can't use stereo L-R fader. 14. PEAK A red LED indicates a signal level at the insert return point, premaster fader, it illuminates at approximately 5 dB below clipping. 15. CHANNEL FADER This is function to adjust the volume of signal connection into each channel and adjust the volume of output, together with master fader. Normal operating position is at the "O" mark, providing 4dB of gain adove that point, if required. MASTER SECTION 16. EFFECT PROGRAMS When adjust switch 17, 18, 19, 20 more effects are displayed. 17. 10-Channel Mixer with USB Interface ZED-10 and ZED-10FX are amazing little desks for small band mixing. They are ultra portable for carrying to the gig, and can be used for recording live or in the studio. Guitars can be plugged in directly to the mixer using the specially designed high-impedance inputs, while the mixer has two stereo inputs for MP3/CD players or keyboards. Equipped with professional XLR main stereo outputs and a flexible monitoring section with headphone and speaker feed outputs. In the FX version, we've added a set of fabulous effects to give shimmering reverbs and enhance your sound. What's great about the ZED-10FX? ZED's are great for live mixing! Their layout makes them very easy to use and easy to achieve a great sound. They are also perfect for recording, either a live show or an audio project at home can be built up track by track using the USB digital audio interface. The flexibility and quality of these mixers make them stand out from the crowd. You can plug your guitars or instruments straight into the class A discrete FET high impedance inputs, cater for up to four microphones, two stereo sources with MP3 player compatibility, separate 2-track record outputs and a stereo playback input for 2-track replay or perhaps interval music from a CD player, XLR main stereo outputs with inserts, comprehensive monitoring with headphones and separate monitor speaker outputs, 48V microphone phantom power, DI level switching for sub mixing, and not least of all, the same digital effects algorithms as those used on our flagship digital consoles costing 150 times as much! 4 mic/line inputs, 2 with Class A FET high impedance inputs Neutrik mic XLR Neutrik 1/4 inch jacks 3 band EQ with MusiQ 2 auxes Sound image pan Illuminated PFL indicator Stereo returns & playback All inputs with level control 12 bar meters Responsive 3-band, swept mid EQ with MusiQ 2 stereo sources with MP3 player compatibility Separate 2-track record outputs Stereo playback input for 2-track replay XLR main stereo outputs with inserts Comprehensive monitoring Configurable USB stereo audio in/out Stereo monitor outs 48V microphone phantom power DI level switching for sub mixing Inputs One of the great things about the ZED series is the number and variety of things you can plug in. In addition to the sixteen mono channels there are two dual stereo channels, each with a main stereo input on jack sockets and with additional inputs on phono sockets. The USB return can be selected to one of the additional inputs so that it feeds either the main LR bus or the stereo channel. Guitar DI In place of the DuoPre, the ZED-10 &10FX have pre-amps similar in design to our MixWizard range of mixers, but with a twist! Inputs 3 & 4 have a high impedance jack input capable of taking either a normal line level or a low level input from a guitar pickup. These newly designed inputs have been crafted with the aim of replicating the sound of a classic guitar or instrument tube pre-amp in a combo or head amp. An extremely high input impedance ensures loading on pick-ups is minimal and a Class A FET (field effect transistor) circuit powered from 48V is employed to give the valve-like gain stage. There is a gain "Boost" switch associated with the guitar inputs which boosts gain by 26dB to cater for instruments with very low level outputs and the overdrive characteristics of the guitar inputs are very similar to a valve (tube) circuit, being asymmetric and soft. All this makes for a wonderfully natural sound to be reproduced from the instrument, full of warmth and character. EQ section ZED-10FX is equipped with a responsive 3-band EQ with MusiQ, an optimized slope (or Q factor) for equalizing individual instruments. Auxiliary sends 6 aux sends are provided, of which 1&2 are prefade for foldback monitoring, and 3 & 4 are switched pre or post-fade for effects sends. and 5&6 are post-fade. Auxes 1&2 can be sent to the USB bus for recording pre-fade signals independently to the main mix. Auxes 5&6 can also be sent to the USB bus for use as effects sends. USB audio flexibility Getting audio to and from a computer easily is now a common requirement for live sound and music production. The way we have implemented this on ZED is super-flexible and super-easy! No longer do you need to fiddle around the back of your PC to get to the soundcard inputs, only to find that the levels are all wrong and noisy. Just plug in a USB lead to your ZED, select the USB routing on the mixer and the device on your computer and that's it! Quality audio to and from your PC or Mac. Three switches provide different send/return configurations for recording, playback and utilizing external FX. Build The ZED-10FX has been designed using individual vertically mounted circuit boards with each rotary control fixed with a metal nut to the front panel - making a much more robust product that will resist damage and give years of reliable use. Allen & Heath ZED-22FX In addition to the DuoPre mic pre-amps, 100mm faders and MusiQ EQ section which are shared with the whole ZED range, the ZED FX has 16 unique effects, designed by Allen & Heath's DSP team. ZED FX ZED FX are easily controlled using 3 buttons and 9 LEDs. Quickly tap the ideal delay time or 'dial-in' the perfect amount of reverb on the lead vocal. One-stop navigation and editing...in fact, just as easy as your effects pedals. Hold down the TAP button and press the up or down button to alter the effects parameter, for example on patch (9) Plate, this would adjust the decay length. The ZED FX is designed to fulfill all the functions a small band would need without their own sound engineer. The layout features have been arranged to be logical and instantly recognizable at a dark gig - a mixer you can trust to perform. The USB audio interface, with its uniquely flexible capability, allows different signals to be sent to USB, from LR or from selected aux buses. The USB return signal can be routed straight to the LR mix or to a stereo channel. The connectors are placed on the top surface for easy plugging & patching, and the construction, with individual circuit boards firmly nutted to the top panel, is as rock solid as Allen & Heath's top of the range ML Series mixers. The ZED FX range currently comprises of the ZED-12FX and the 22FX. Between them they offer a solution for any small group or singer songwriter needing up to 16 mono inputs and 3 stereo inputs. Keyboards, microphones, samplers, the sky is the limit. Each mono channel has an insert point, allowing in-line effects such as compressors to be added to the signal chain, just like our large format mixers. Internal FX 16 separate effects have been crafted into the ZED-FX range. These include Delay and Reverb, Ping-Pong delay, a selection of reverbs with different room/hall/arena properties, a flanger and a chorus. All have been designed to complement the material the engineer is working with. Each of the effects has a parameter which can be altered: pre-delay can be adjusted, room sizes tweaked, and flanger speed dialled-in. Five of the effects can have their tempo tapped in, and the output auditioned by the FX PFL. Inputs One of the great things about the ZED series is the number and variety of things you can plug in. In addition to the 16 mono channels there are three dual stereo channels, each with a main stereo input on jack sockets, and with the ability to take additional stereo inputs from phono sockets or from the USB audio input, flexibility gives you control. 16 mic/line channels are provided on ZED-22FX - plenty for mics or DI boxes for a small band, duo or solo performer 4 stereo line inputs - dual inputs, both with gain and 2-band EQ. DuoPre Based on the proven pre-amps from the hugely successful PA series, the ZED series has new DuoPreTM pre-amps, which use a two stage design, with carefully controlled amounts of gain in each stage. When amplifying the signal from the XLR input, the gain range is huge - 69dB of range to be exact - and is very evenly distributed around the gain control, meaning better control of signal level. Most of the gain comes from the first stage, so unwanted noise is kept to a minimum. Line level signals are simply plugged into the second stage of the pre-amp by using the line input jack socket, which has the great advantage of less noise when using the line input. EQ section ZED-22FX features a musical 3-band EQ descended from the acclaimed GL2400 mixer. The design utilises MusiQ - optimised slope (or Q factor) for equalising individual instruments. Auxiliary sends 4 aux sends are provided, of which 1&2 are prefade for foldback monitoring, and 3 & 4 post-fade for effects sends. A stereo signal can be sent from auxes via USB to computer to create 2 separate record feeds independent of the main LR mix (1&2) and or used as FX sends (3&4). Three switches provide different send/return configurations for recording, playback and utilising external FX. Build The ZED-22FX has been designed using individual vertically mounted circuit boards with each rotary control fixed with a metal nut to the front panel - making a much more robust product that will resist damage and give years of reliable use. ZED also has professional 100mm faders for ultimate control over your levels. SONAR LE - provided Free! We have teamed up with Cakewalk to bundle SONAR LE with this ZED mixer. The two team up together in many ways - for example straightforward recording of a stereo mix, recording tracks individually to build up a song, or for inserting a SONAR LE effects plug-in. The four aux sends are ideal for routing to floor monitors and outboard time-based effects. A USB 1.1 port delivers 2-channel send and return capabilities via a Mac or Windows computer. There are stereo and mono main outputs in addition to alt and headphone outputs, and dual 12-segment LED meters that clearly indicate your master output level. Patch additional stereo sources into the RCA stereo return and 2-track inputs, then route them to the stereo bus, or mix them into the stereo channels. The stereo RCA output is handy for recording your mix to an external device such as a cassette deck or computer soundcard. 10 Mono Inputs There are 10 mono input channels with Neutrik connectors—XLR for balanced mic signals, and 1/4" for balanced/unbalanced line-level sources Four Stereo Inputs The four stereo input channels feature 1/4" connectors to accommodate stereo devices such as keyboards, synth modules, and external effects processors Flexible EQ Section All mono channels feature 3-band EQ with sweepable midrange, while the stereo channels offer 2-band EQ Inserts Inserts on all mono channels and the stereo output provide easy integration of analog outboard gear such as hardware compressors and equalizers Independent Aux Sends Four mono aux sends with independent level controls allow versatile signal routing to floor monitors and external effects processors USB Connection A USB 1.1 port allows direct connection to Mac and Windows computers for stereo audio I/O Flexible Outputs The ZED-18 offers balanced XLR stereo main outputs, a 1/4" mono main output, 1/4" and 3.5mm stereo headphone outputs, and a source-selectable stereo alt output Total # Of Inputs 18 Mic/Line Inputs 10 x 3-Pin XLR Female Mic Inputs (Balanced) 10 x 1/4" TRS Line Inputs (Balanced/Unbalanced) Stereo Line Inputs 8 x 1/4" TRS Line Inputs (Four Stereo Pairs, Balanced/Unbalanced) In-Line Inputs/Returns No Aux Sends 4 x 1/4" TRS Mono (Balanced) Aux Returns 2 x RCA Coaxial Line Inputs (One Stereo Pair, Unbalanced) Inserts 10 x 1/4" TRS on Mono Channels (Unbalanced) 2 x 1/4" TRS on Stereo Bus (Unbalanced) BUS (Group) Outputs No Main Outputs 2 x 3-Pin XLR Male (One Stereo Pair, Balanced) 1 x 1/4" TRS Mono (Balanced) Monitor Outputs 2 x RCA Coaxial Alt Outputs (One Stereo Pair, Unbalanced) 1 x 1/4" TRS Stereo Headphone Output (Unbalanced) 1 x 1/8" / 3.5 mm TRS Stereo Headphone Output (Unbalanced) 2-Track I/O 2 x RCA Coaxial 2-Track Input (One Stereo Pair, Unbalanced) 2 x RCA Coaxial 2-Track Output (One Stereo Pair, Unbalanced) ALT I/O 1 x USB Type-B (2-Channel Send/Return) EQ Section High (All Channels): ±15 dB at 12 kHz Mid (Mono Channels): ±15 dB at Selectable Frequency (120 Hz to 4 kHz, Sweepable) Low (All Channels): ±15 dB at 80 Hz High-Pass Filter 12 dB/Octave at 100 Hz, Switchable Solo/Mute Mute and PFL Solo Channel Level Control 100 mm Fader Trim/Gain Control Rotary Control Gain Range Mic Inputs: -6 to +63 dB Line Inputs: -10 to +26 dB Stereo Inputs: -∞ to +10 dB Faders: -∞ to +10 dB Returns: -∞ to +10 dB Aux Masters: -∞ to +6 dB Alt Out: -∞ to +6 dB Phantom Power +48 VDC, Globally Selectable Metering Dual 12-Segment LEDs Peak LED per Channel USB Specification USB 1.1 Compliant Bit Depth USB: 16-Bit Sample Rates USB: 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, or 48 kHz Nominal Input Level Mic Input: -63 to +6 dBu Mono Line Input: -26 to +10 dBu Stereo Line Input: 0 dBu (+10 dB with Control Off) Insert Point: 0 dBu Maximum Input Level Mic Input: +17 dBu Mono Line Input: +30 dBu Insert Point: +21 dBu Nominal Output Level 0 dBu Maximum Output Level +21 dBu Frequency Response Mic In to Main Out (30 dB Gain): 20 Hz to 20 kHz (+0.5 dB, -1 dB) Line In to Main Out (0 dB Gain): 10 Hz to 30 kHz (+0.5 dB, -1 dB) Stereo In to Main Out: 10 Hz to 30 kHz (+0.5 dB, -1 dB) THD + N Mic In to Main Out (0 dB Gain, 1 kHz, +10 dBu Out): 0.004% Mic In to Main Out (30 dB Gain, 1 kHz): 0.014% Line In to Main Out (0 dB Gain, 1 kHz, 0 dBu): 0.005% Stereo In to Main Out (0 dB Gain, 1 kHz, +10 dBu): 0.003% Headroom Analog Headroom from Nominal (0 VU): 21 dB USB In and Out Headroom from Nominal (0 VU): 14 dB Noise Mic Pre EIN: -127 dBu (Maximum Gain, 150-Ohm Input, 22 Hz to 22 kHz) Main Out: -84 dBu (L/R Faders at 0, 22 Hz to 22 kHz) Power Consumption 40 W Maximum Power Requirements 100 to 240 VAC, 47 to 63 Hz Dimensions 18.3 x 3.9 x 18.3" / 46.4 x 9.8 x 46.5 cm Weight 18.7 lb / 8.5 kg Packaging Info Package Weight 21.7 lb Box Dimensions (LxWxH) 24.2 x 23.5 x 10.2"
