It is a tribute to Brazilian musician and composer Antônio Carlos Jobim, with most of the songs recorded in his house in Rio de Janeiro, using his grand piano. Casa featured the first recording ever of Jobim`s composition entitled `Tema para Ana.` The album was released in the United States by Sony Classical.[1] Critical reception Casa has received mostly positive reviews, with a few that were more mixed. Richard S. Ginell at AllMusic said, `Paula`s soft, dusky voice – whether singing in English or Portuguese – is the personification of the Brazilian beach itself, and Jacques` cello amplifies the element of melancholy that runs through much of Jobim. A lovely rendition of ‘Song of the Sabia’ finds Sakamoto hammering out chords that tie the song to the Chopin E minor prelude, and a nicely swinging ‘Bonita’ has sounds of the sea overdubbed.`[1] A BBC review by Nick Reynolds claimed, `this remarkable album reinterprets Antonio Jobim`s songs in a quietly radical way. It points up his similarities to classical composers like Debussy and Chopin. Kao u sportu, ni u muzici ne mogu biti svi u prvoj ligi. Često su za razvoj određenog sporta, uz one elitne podjednako važni timovi iz druge pa i treće lige - i ponovo je tako i u muzici! SFRJ rock scena 80-ih ne bi bila toliko moćna da nije bilo i `malih` sastava poput PIVA S LEDOM. Objavili su samo jedan album, i uprkos trudu i nastupima gde-se-god moglo (gledao sam ih par puta na Tašu, na Hitu 202), bend se raspao. Za današnje ljubitelje muzike je važno da je na albumu svirao Laza Ristovski (SMAK, DUGME...), ali i Sava Bojić (POP MAŠINA, TAKO, a posle u narodnjačkim vodama), jedan od najzanimljivijih likova beogradske rock scene sa početka 70-ih. Muzički, PIVO S LEDOM svira rock sa određenim novotalasnim uplivima, najviše u tretmanu gitare. No, bili su premalo new wave za novotalasnu ekipu, a previše new wave za rokere, pa se njihova epopeja neslavno završila. No, danas je njihova ploča (svojevremeno štampana u 3000 kopija) cenjena na diskografskom tržištu, što je ipak neka uteha...
