Da li je sloboda zaista onakva kakvom je opisuju stari liberali, pardon, teoretičari iz čijih je mišljenja nastao liberalizam kao pravac? Oni kažu da je “sloboda jednih ograničena slobodama drugih”, a kako se stiče ta sloboda. Rođenjem, znanjem, vojevanjem? Strip je nastao iz građe koju je prikupio umetnik Borko Brajović, a Marko Stojanović je radio scenario. Crtač je Muran, neretko okarakterisan kao jedan od najboljih jugoslovenskih strip crtača. Muran i Brajović su sarađivali i na amaterskom filmu koju godinu ranije, i verovatno se tu rodila sama ideja da se napravi strip, s obzirom na to da likovi u stripu liče na ove u filmu produkcije Perić. Film se zove “Hajduk” i takođe govori o Mijatu Tomiću. Moramo napomenuti da je u stripu kratku kameo scenu imao i muzičar Željko Bebek koji je takođe i dao svoje mišljenje o stripu koje je izdavač preneo na poleđini izdanja.
