The TS112 is our largest, "no-compromise" subwoofer. The highly efficient PWM amp is capable of 400 W of short term output power. The powerful amp, coupled with a large proprietary 12" woofer will guarantee you a clean frequency response down to 24Hz and up to 300Hz, for a maximum output power of 112 dB (SPL @ 1m). As with the highly efficient TS110, don't let your neighbours see you unloading this subwoofer into your house! One thing worthy of mentioning is that the DSP section, which uses a high resolution BurrBrown converter, only affects the bass driver operation. The signal path to the satellite speakers is kept purely analog, with no A/D/A conversions whatsoever. That's why the "Pure Satellite" function, when activated, completely bypasses the subwoofer and DSP filter section, and will only allow you to adjust your satellite's volume. The included remote control will let you adjust not only the subwoofer's volume but also the complete stereo system's volume while sitting comfortably in your sweet spot. The Original Drivers for the Original Sound Since the “white cone” studio monitor was discontinued, the supply of aftermarket components have become more and more expensive and less and less available. Avantone Pro has created a near exact recreation of the original drivers. Using our global resources and decade of experience in driver construction, we have reproduced the components faithfully, updating the materials to comply with modern environmental requirements. The AV10-MHF tweeter dome went through a difficult engineering process to get the exact phenolic resin doping to match the original performance curve. The AV10-MLF woofer uses custom tooled mechanical parts that mirror the original. We worked closely with one of the original vendors of the original cone to get the exact same stiffness and weight. The only difference from the original is that we use a pressed cone as opposed to a lapped. This allows for tighter matching in every cone we build — meaning this is the first time matched pairs have been available! Both replacement drivers are physically and dimensionally exactly the same as the originals and are “bolt in” hassle-free installation. Available For the First Time in an Active Configuration. One of the most common questions asked about the CLA-10A’s is which version of the originals are they based on, and the answer is: all of them! The CLA-10A’s have an all new “VTPC” knob or “Variable Tissue Paper Control.” This VTPC allows you to simulate anything from the Vertical “m” model to the horizontal “Studio” model and everything in between. No more debate over the best tissue paper to use — VTPC has you covered! A7X wins prestigious SOS Award again! The annual SOS Awards are amongst the most prestigious awards in the industry. ADAMs A7 & A7X: the evolution of a legend The predecessor to the A7X, the A7, became the most famous of all ADAM monitors in a very short time. Not only has it been reviewed over three dozen times with outstanding results, it has also received numerous awards. The A7 quickly gained mass appeal, praised in many of the world's largest internet forums. Still today, the A7 are the reference monitors in many smaller studios. With the A7X, ADAM Audio proudly presents the evolution of a legend. It takes everything that made the A7 such an outstanding speaker to a new level. Driver technology The first aspect that distinguishes the old from the new model is the X-ART tweeter. The ‘X' stands for ‘eXtended frequency response' and thus for one of the features of the Accelerating Ribbon Technology that has been drastically improved: the frequency response. It now extends all the way up to 50kHz. In addition, the X-ART tweeter has a higher efficiency and higher maximum sound pressure levels. The perfect integration with the lower frequencies has been achieved with a newly designed 7" midwoofer. Nakon više od pet godina istraživanja i razvoja, inženjeri u Focalu otkrivaju 2013. godine novi konus napravljen od visokokvalitetnih lanenih vlakana. Konuse karakteriše prirodni zvuk niske koloracije, i bogatstvo reprodukcije u registru srednjeg opsega i čvršći bas. F-konusi napravljeni su od jezgra od visokokvalitetnih lanenih vlakana uz dva tanka sloja staklenih vlakana. Oni zadovoljavaju ključne kriterijume dijafragme visokih performansi: visoko unutarnje prigušivanje, veliku brzinu zvuka i visoko savitljivu čvrstinu. Svi ovi kriterijumi ne mogu biti ispunjeni konusom od jednog materijala. Sendvič tehnologija u velikoj meri utiče na neutralnost zvuka koja je oduvek bila obeležje Focala. Lakoća Lan je dva puta lakši od staklene vune, jer je vlakno šuplje. Takođe je veoma male elastičnosti što ga čini idealnim za povećanje savitljive čvrstine sendvič strukture. Pritom, može se dobiti u netkanim snopovima značajnog prečnika i na taj način može proizvesti debljinu koju zahteva sendvič konstrukcija. Unutarnje prigušivanje Kompozitni materijali imaju odgovarajuće osobine za primenu kada su neophodne i čvrstina i niska masa. Međutim, njihov nedostatak je to što im nedostaje prigušenje, što dovodi do loše kontrole vibracija. Nedavni razvoj u ovom domenu kroz kombinovanje kompozitnih i prirodnih vlakna doveo je do neočekivanih mogućnosti. Lanena vlakna imaju odlično unutarnje prigušenje istog reda kao čaša, kao Kevlar® vlakna ili aluminijum. Francuski lan smatra se najboljim u Evropi. Sintetička vlakna ili pene koje potiču iz petrohemijskih resursa podležu inflaciji koja je povezana sa oštrim porastom cena sirove nafte. Organski ili ekološki tekstilni materijali, kao što je lan, na taj način postaju sve više cenovno konkurentni. Takođe i industrijski proces razvijen u cilju proizvodnje "F" konusa smešta ga u asortiman proizvoda osetne cenovne konkurentnosti. OSNOVNE KARAKTERISTIKE Visokotonac sa veoma niskom usmerivošću za fleksibilno pozicioniranje za slušanje. Dizajniran bez porta, ali sa dvostrukim pasivnim radijatorom - omogućava se da bude postavljen blizu zida. Brojna podešavanja za optimalnu integraciju. Precizna kontrola, čak i pri veoma visokim frekvencijama. Laneni konusni sendvič: kontrolisan i dobro definisan bas, prirodni i detaljni niži srednji opseg i viši spektar srednjeg opsega. Mehanizmi za kačenje nalaze se na zadnjoj strani i ispod zvučnika: za lako instaliranje na stolu, postolju/stalku, za kačenje na plafon ili zid (oprema za kačenje nije obezbeđena). NIC – NEUTRALNA INDUKTIVNOST Tehnologija polja neutralne induktivnosti Nakon tri godine istraživanja i razvoja simulacijskog softvera koji omogućava vizualizaciju složenih interakcija, inženjeri Focala stvorili su neverovatno stabilno magnetno polje za Sopra liniju. NIC tehnologija, zasnovana je na Faradejevom kavezu čije su dimenzije, materijali i pozicioniranje optimizovani kako bi onemogućili da magnetno polje bude pogođeno pozicijom glasovnog kalema, amperažom ili frekvencijom struje koja prolazi kroz njega. TMD – usklađen MASENI PRIGUŠIVAČ OPSESIJA SREDNJIM OPSEGOM Registar srednjeg opsega nesumnjivo je najkomplikovaniji za kontrolu u zvučnom sistemu. Sa jedne strane mora da postoji nesmetan prelaz sa basom. Sa druge strane, mora da postoji usklađenost sa visokotoncem u smislu disperzije i ubrzanja. To određuje homogenost boje glasa i zvučnu trodimezionalnost prostora. Tokom poslednjih 20 godina, Focal je radio na masteringu "break up"-a (frekvencije na kojoj konus postaje deformisan, što vodi u distorziju) "W" konusa treće generacije kao i na drastičnom smanjenju rezonance visokotonca sa IAL 2. Podešen maseni prigušivač Odgovor je došao iz tehnologije koja se koristi kod solitera otpornih na zemljotres, a takođe i za suspenziju na trkačkim automobilima! Ova tehnologija se zove "podešen maseni prigušivač": dodatna masa koja oscilira u suprotnosti sa frekvencijom rezonance koja je kontroliše.
