Join our exciting journey as we scale to over 100 by the end of this year! What you'll do Working closely with Charles our CTO you'll lead the engineers in one of our product teams. You’ll have an outsized impact on solving a complex enterprise problem with a delightful and easy-to-use platform. In addition, you’ll contribute to building a culture focused on fast-paced delivery to realise our ambitious roadmap. For that, you’ll use our stack, which consists among others of NodeJS, AWS, ECS, Postgres, Redis, ElasticSearch, OpenAI, Python, TypeScript, Honeycomb, Apollo/GraphQL, VueJS, WebSockets, Storybook, Playwright, and Jest. Your top priority is ensuring that the up to five engineers of your team are setup for success and have them focused on delivering customer value, rather than just code. Areas where you’ll make an impact include: Defining the processes and rituals that set up your team for success Being the first point of contact for your PM and designer for technical designs and roadmapping Supporting the engineers in your cross-functional team, running performance reviews and creating growth plans Contribute to delivery, there will be plenty of time to code as a player-coach Help define how we scale the engineering team through our Tech Lead Community What you won’t do Micro-manage your team or create stories all day long.
