WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Web UX Designer at Quickbase you will be an instrumental part of our marketing team reporting directly to our VP of Growth and Digital Marketing with a dotted line into the Head of Creative. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in UX and visual design to work collaboratively with digital marketing and web development to evolve and elevate the Quickbase website enhancing website performance and create a delightful user experience. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO QUICKBASE: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign and program objectives and design digital experiences that achieve these goals. Develop user interfaces with speed and precision utilizing low to high-fidelity wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes to support marketing and web development teams. Design and iterate on landing pages websites and other digital marketing materials to optimize for conversion and user engagement. Conduct user research A/B testing and usability testing to inform design decisions and increase effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Utilize analytics and user feedback to refine and improve design concepts. Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing initiatives working with the creative content and web teams to establish and enforce standards in web designs content hierarchy functionality and usage across the site. Collaborate with content creators digital marketing and developers to ensure cohesive and high-quality execution of projects. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in UX design and digital marketing applying new ideas and best practices to your work. Develop and maintain design guidelines best practices and standards for digital marketing efforts. WHO YOU ARE: The ideal candidate is data-driven and adept at working with a diverse group of stakeholders to shape and design web pages. They are deeply engaged in thinking through customer journeys to propose prototype and refine new solutions. They have a strong understanding of branding site journeys site optimization and the ability to synthesize coherent looks from disparate visual cues is essential. They can demonstrate a proficiency in leveraging data to inform design decisions ensuring that each project not only meets aesthetic standards but also aligns with strategic business outcomes and enhances user experience. 5+ years of web design experience including designing for responsive web and content management systems. B2B experience a plus. Fluency in design and prototyping tools (Figma Abstract Sketch Photoshop Illustrator) and an ability to quickly create prototypes and wireframes. Experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools. Understanding of SEO principles and how they impact design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Creative thinking with attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding digital experiences. A strong portfolio that shows your skills in strategic thinking presentation visual storytelling and focus on the user experience.
